Vintage 90s Cool Devices Gildan tag T-Shirt

Need a legit check on this t shirt.
All of the tees with this kind of graphic I see are usually big, pretty much take up the whole front of the t shirt but this one is rather small and color is a little off but that could be due to fading.

I will be attaching some photos and would like some help. Thanks again!

I've been working in vintage tees for long time, and the Anime niche is way over my head.

That said, the Gildan double tag is early 00s, which can still be vintage, but I don't think this one is 90s...

But let's see what Henry says via the app!

For what it's worth, I date that Gildan double tag starting in about '98 and then going into the 00s. Not sure about that particular shirt, though.
