1994 Batman Forever Giant Shirt XL

Post by whysoserious1102 »

1994 Batman Forever T Shirt Giant XL

Though the movie didn’t release until 1995, and most of the shirts similar to this one on eBay are printed at the bottom of the logo it stating 1995 on every one. Yet this one I have here says 1994 as pictured. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Along with a value estimate if possible.

Interesting and good eye, you're right, the others have a copyright that doesn't curve around the bottom. Perhaps this is a first generation print. I don't think that small detail will affect the value.

But it looks like it's deadstock? That will help.

That said, they seem to go in the $50-100 range.

Yes it is in fact dead stock. Simply missing the tags. Otherwise, brand new. So with it being one of first printings, it wouldn’t demand a premium so to speak?

In theory, yes, but I don't think people get as granular with this particular print.
