Nirvana - In Utero DGC promo/tie-dye shirt? Cotton and co. tag?

I’ve had this for a good amount of time (10+ years, probably closer to 15 now) and do some searching every once in awhile, but never see an exact match. Any idea the origin of this tag or if this is a period shirt? Chest: 22” Length: 30 1/4”

I am totally stumped on this one - would suggest using Hikki's service to take a look.
