thanks for your reply. Are you sure? To me the A's look quite alright, and not like the 3rd gen fakes in the archives. It doesn't match the original ones in the archives either

I'll take a second look shortly, the thickness of the XL is throwing me off. Can you also take a photo of just the front print, high res? or do you not have the shirt?

thanks. No I don't have it here at the moment unfortunately.
Also please compare the 'I' of "IOO %" with the originals and the know fakes... This doesn't match the fakes in my humble opinion. Maybe I'm wrong?

That second pic you posted looks like it could even be a different tag, the XL doesn't look as thick. Here's one from our archive...but I am noticing ever so slight variances between the ones in our archive - the more I look.

If it's on the way to you, let's circle back when you have it in hand and double check the print, Pushead art isn't easy for them to duplicate. And I know there are a few Unforgiven fakes floating around, so let's make sure, for now I'll retract that it's a fake tag until we get to the bottom of it.

If i look at the screen printing, material, and fiber, there is nothing suspicious. I have had this shirt before and regarding the tag, it may be true, there is nothing wrong but on the other hand, there are many fake Metallica tags circulating, for me this is legit

Yup, the tag threw me off initially, looks a-ok.
