The licensing caught me off guard. I'd be interested to know if it's legit and what the story is with this type of licensing.

copyright on yours matches this one. I think the registration on your print is off, but all the details seem to match. You can see on yours near the copyright there's a bunch of red peaking out. Maybe red is the "underbase" - as you can see in this one below it isn't there. Look how much red you can see in your closeup of the emblem/copyright.
