Can’t find any info on this tag. Can someone help with the year ? It’s on a single / single Eraserhead Tee

Good Q, first I'm seeing it. When I dig in the company says it's been around since the 1980s. Seems like there are some blanks floating around too. Not sure what to say on this one. I also see the same tag in a 4XL - which seems unlikely for 80s or 90s.
