I have found others in the $500 range, but they have no backprint and an armprint instead.
The only one I could find with backprint was sold on a private site and the price is no longer showing.
Then on WorthPoint I found one with this back, with tour dates, that sold 5 years ago for $200.
Can you post the tag and the pit to pit?

Based on that sizing alone, and the scarcity of the tag, would hold out for more.
Are you putting it on eBay? Start with $500 OBO. Put in the title rare size.
