Was initially stumped, but found one other shirt like it - with "Jon" in the title - then was able to track that back to an inline skater in the 1990s.

Found one of his tees that sold on WorthPoint that sold in 2010 for only about $17.
Not sure about modern value, and if in-line skaters are sought after.
