this is from a supposed 1990 German band t-shirt. Seems like an odd tag, never seen it before. Would appreciate any info

I knew this tag looked familiar then realized it's on one of the shirts we used to own:

I poked around online and some are claiming 80s, but without any actual dates on the t-shirt that could verify that.

The shirt is from the 1990 album Better off dead by German band sodom, so I guess the date checks out. Thanks!
