Tag is okay for the era. I haven't delved into TR sweatshirts though. There is a chance a blank was used. But typically they wouldn't print a fake on a size S - what's the pit to pit?

18 inches , I guess I’m not sure if it’s just a blank also , would be the deal breaker

So tough to say, the print does look pristine, tag looks a little beat up. Have you found any others on that tag?
