We need your help, please can you identify If this from vintage 90s or modern? And I bought in japan surplus and I saw more references in google and but difference stitching but the others are same in the GRAILED & THREADS same as stitching and print, I need some opinions from this and please help me , and if I sell this I know how to declare this if vintage or not. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

That full DS profile is odd for that era, but so is that almost raw inner neckline. For a shirt to have that DS profile and then have an unfinished rear neckline is weird for a 2000s product. Stumped, anyone on the print?
