Liquid Blue Weapon X Overload Marvel X-Men Horror AOP T-shirt XL USA

Looking for some help from the vintage tee experts on this older Liquid Blue AOP. Made in USA XL tag with full front/back graphics. I’m getting mixed opinions on the seam construction and era — some people are calling aspects of it single stitch while others say transitional/double stitch construction. Curious what you guys think about the dating, construction, and rarity of this particular graphic. Haven’t been able to find much on this exact piece.
