I can't really tell what size this is - which is important to figure out if it's truly 80s - and if it's XL, the value is much higher, what's the pit to pit?

51/52 cm which is like 20 inch

Looks like it could be a Spring Ford tagged tee. Condition isn't great, maybe $200?
