Ed Roth, Rat Fink, and You

Ed "Big Daddy" Roth shirt: front Rat Fink image is copyright 1989, back Plymouth Fury copyright 1990. Tag (Fruit of the loom, with the late 80s/early 90s American Flag logo) is sized L, measurements 19.5 pit to pit and 26.5 back collar to hem.

In its favor: Genuine Ed Roth copyrighted in two places. Problems: front image is one of those small on-the-breast-pocket numbers, cracked logos, it's relatively recent, and there are pit stains (soon to be reduced by a summary Oxycution). Thoughts on its chances?

I bought a full front/full colour one recently for $35.

It should do ok - I say at least the $20 range - prints with the small breast screen and full backs are never as popular. I don't know if there was ever a time that they were - seems like a style that screen printers came up with that never took off.

BUT you have the "Hot Rod" descriptor and brand names you can put in the title, so it wouldn't surprise me if it went for $40 or more.

Post it in the Auction Alert when it's up!
