The seller might be basing it on the Harley longsleeve chrome shirts with the lightning arm prints - not sure if it will have the same value, but maybe give it a boost in value.
$700 cdn seems pretty inflated though, gut says it's probabably a $100-200 piece, but I can't find a record of one selling, so list it high with offers.
