Hi-Q Tiger Lady- Era? Value?

hi! ive tried researching this Hi-Q shirt off and on for a few years, hopefully someone can help! I cant find anything on the label.

any ideas to era? maybe a value?
has one tiny hole and the bottom front.
pattern is on the back, a bit of a sloppy print.

Hi there! The Hi-Q tags seems vaguely familiar, made in Republic of Philippines - so not very common around these parts, that's for sure! Thanks for adding. Tiger Lady appears to be, or was once a bar in Olongapo City.

As for value, wouldn't say much. Nice print. But tees from the RP aren't all that sought after. Plus it's yellow. Plus it has an awkward back only print.

Would be best as a BIN item to wait for the right nostalgic buyer. I have been known to be wrong, so might be worth auctioning, but don't price the opening bid too low.
