100% cotton. The tag is marked XL. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 22 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 28.5 inches
Great condition! There is some noticeable screen cracking, but other than that it’s great! It has the same design on the back.
