Good condition. There’s some dinge on the collar and a small hole on the bottom front area. Other than that it’s great!
The tag is marked “one size fits all”. I would say it fits most like a medium, but please be sure to double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 18.5 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 27 inches
