Excellent condition- there’s minor pilling on the material and the bottom edge is kind of rough (see picture). Other than that it’s great! Soft and thin!
The tag is marked medium but please double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. You can measure your favorite shirt to compare. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
