Good condition- there’s a small hole on the front, the screen print had some fading, and there’s some VERY MINOR fray on the edge of the collar. Super soft and thin.

The tag is marked XL but I would say it fits most like a modern large- please double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. The actual measurements when laid flat are:

Pit to pit: 20.5 inches

Top of collar to bottom in back: 27 inches
