I think that tag is 2004+ era. Not sure there's much value here. Not a great color. I don't think the hangtag/condition offer much $25-50?

My best guess is this is a custom tee with someone in the math, binary, coding field of work. Maybe a teacher.

Great one! Going with 80s. I haven't seen that in a while, forgot about it! Thanks for sharing.

An 80s L is like a modern S. So that limits your buyers. But also muscle tees are a tougher sell. That said, it's a Harley tee - so you might get between $50-100.

I don't see a reason for someone to create a modern version of this, value isn't there - but it's definitely not licensed, so a vintage bootleg.
