Looks like something out of the late 80s or 90s to me. But yeah, I am no expert, and good question on who would know. Josh @invtgwetrust on IG may have a better idea - since he's an expert at virtually all things sporty.

Totally real, Artimonde is a Canadian-based brand. Not exactly sure of the date on it could even be early 00s.
