If only they'd spent the money on some extra servers to avoid last saturday's embarrassing blackout.

Re: vintage andy warhol / velvet underground shirt
Yeah the listing could have been a lot better, but if there are not more than two people willing to start a bidding war then this is how it ends. We've all seen items with terrible photos and descriptions that have reached astronomical levels. I doubt this seller cares much for vintage clothes. Thes...

Re: vintage andy warhol / velvet underground shirt
Saw that. Normally i'd say "meh" but this one has the Granny Takes Trip art on the back, which I'd say makes it a bit historic. http://rockpopfashion.com/blog/?p=107" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Ralph Lauren Party in NYC!
If I still lived in NY I'd be there wearing the crazy vintage Ralph Lauren duck canvas hunting jacket I found last week! I knew a guy there some years back who had a different RL Polo Bear sweater for the day of the week, the weather (i.e. in rainy weather he'd wear the one that has the bear with an...

Hey I just found that image on the internet, so its not mine. I'd say its fine to borrow the image just for instructional purposes though. Good luck with the site!

Re: Updated site: Check out new blog!
Looks good! What did you use to build out the site? I looked into doing the whole e-commerce package but it just didn't seem worth it since my own site would not generate enough traffic to make it worth the effort & expense. I'm gonna go the strictly blog route for now, with so many other outlet...

Re: Your favorite vintage t-shirt brand
Not so much about whats printed on the shirt, but the shirt itself. The fit, the fabric, they are all just slightly unique especially as the shirt ages! As far as that goes, nothing is as unflattering and uncomfortable as a modern GILDAN t-shirt. As far as least favorite vintage brands go, i'd have ...

Re: My new vintage blog
You sure can, just use the domain mapping service, which cost about $10 a year. It's in the "upgrades" section in your dashboard.

Your favorite vintage t-shirt brand
As vintage t-shirt professionals and collectors, you must have one! After handling thousands of vintage t-shirts, I do. CHED, shirts by Anvil seem to age better than any other shirt i've ever worn. The softness and thin flexibility are unsurpassed. http://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/givescaca/...
