Found this tee, print looks really old, and t-shirt too, very interesting neck seams. Can it be from 70s?
21.2 in x 24,5 in
Also searched whole internet from that graphics but couldnt find anything

I've never seen that tag but it looks very euro-70s/80s-esque. I'll see if I can get crockerj in here to comment - he has a crazy Ozzy/Sabbath collection:
