I have not seen a fake LB with the additional text on it like your - here's the fake we have on file:

That said, the colors on your tag do look closer to the fake than the real.

BUT I really don't see this tee as being a target by counterfeitters - it's too specific, green bay, football, and highly doubt it's fake just based on that logic.

There is another one on grailed that matches yours - stitching and all - I think you're okay.
