Metallica Doris Pushead No Licence?

Here's the second Metallica Pushead shirt from 1990,
I can't locate a licence or copyright date. Size wise this one is a x-large pit to pit 212'', collar to hem from back 27'', solid print, faded shirt. (See second post for the other). Labels are generic and similar to what I am used to seeing from concerts on this side of the planet. Is this unusual? Can anyone advise on value.
