Neat. Kids size so value takes a hit. It looks like the print is a heat transfer?

I don't know much about Tshirts, just kind of found this site. I have another shirt to post too (superman from 1950/60ish). How can I tell if it's heat transfer?

rubbery substance...looks like you can peel it off around the edges...can u take a photo of the whole print while tee is laying flat?
