Malcolm X By Any Means Help Pricing

Picked this cool old Malcolm X shirt at the thrift today and was wondering if anyone had any info on who made these shirts and where/when they were sold. Also interested in knowing how much I could sell for. No print on back and no artist listed on the shirt and tag is too faded to read.

Definitely 90s - the era of the all-over print. Might get 50 for it. The fanciest full colour ones seem to top out at 75.
