I have heard varied opinions -from being an obscure band to having racial undertones. I was thinking it may be from a Vasectomy clinic, trying to convey that your no less of a man despite having an operation of that kind.

Figuring out the provenance of an item is half the fun of vintage. What are your leads on the racial angle?

Out of curiosity, is the design a screen print or felt?

It is a screen print.

A friend mentioned that it could be anti-Italian. I disagree though.
