Beatles t-shirt?

Would appreciate any info on this black Beatles tee. Even though the logo doesn't seem that old, the feel of the shirt is super soft. The tag is Hanes Fifty-Fifty. Thanks for any info on age, value, etc.

80s. Cool one. But because that logo is still put on black tees to this day - market is somewhat flooded. I'd price it at $100 but probably take anything $50 and above.
