U2 War vest - Acme Clothing Britain

Trying to find out if this U2 vest is legit from the 80s. The person who sold it to me said it was given to him by a crew member at a bar or something after a U2 show on the War tour.

I haven't been able to pin down a time frame by the "Acme clothing" tag.
