Picked this up at a vintage market on the low, I wonder if the tag had something to do with that! Never have I seen a Looney Tunes tag attached to artist merch. Curious to learn its story.

Awesome! Explanation - it's a bootleg from that era. The bootleggers used any blank they could get their hands on, including factory rejects, which are often torn prior to being sold to mark them as such.
