The Kurt one is fake. Well, technically, since it's not copying an OG design, it's a modern bootleg, but it does have a counterfeit tag.
The other one is interesting...at best it's a vintage bootleg from the 1990s. That said, they can still sell for a lot.
The tag looks terrible, but I've also seen some really bizarre-looking blue bar Hanes tees that look fake and aren't.
I found another one here that is size XL:
