Wondering if I can get some help on this one. I have no clue what the value is. I know the tag is from the 90s but that’s about it. Thanks in advance.

I don't remember ever seeing a Marlboro tie dye! The main problem is the size - at minumum it should be an L for it to get a bump in value - as very few will be able to fit into it - so the people interested in this type of thing get sized out of it - so unfortunately I don't think any significant value.
