The print looks terrible; it could be a bootleg op that used those tags. Everything on the link above looks unlicensed. Is there any info on the back of the tag?

BUt it's defintely not 80s - it's 90s.

I definitely agree, not the 80s version, here's the back of the tag. Looks like the tag is congruent with the others posted here.

Yeah, think a 90s boot! It's far-fetched that a modern counterfeiter obtained a blank version of that tag.
