Pungent stench legit check

would like to know if this pungent stench shirt is legit? There was no dating on these prints but it was early 90s from what I believe and there was short sleeve versions and ls version. Only reason is the t shirt seem too good of condition and the print is thick and can’t verify if it’s the multiple layers to achieve this image.
