Print almost looks DTG-ish, but I don't see a reason to fake this shirt - I can't even find a match for the back so it's not super common. I think it's okay, anyone else?

Yes, It looked like DTG for me at the beginning...

I found similar tags looking in this web for 100% cotton tags in Europe during the 90s.

If its from 90s, what would be the value of this, if some?

Some white based ones have sold in the $100-150 range, not sure if there's RS fans out there looking for variants like this one.
