I paid for an expert to authenticate a Chanel shirt in Legitim8 going on 2 weeks and it still isn't authenticated . I know factors play into the authentication,I'm wondering if it was a mistake to do that since the shirts I see authenticated are pop culture t shirts, Harley , band, movie etc.. Is the Legitim8 app able to authenticate shirts outside of pop culture ?

Hey, sorry for the delay. When you posted this, I did pass this thread along to one of the authenticators via IG, and invited them to respond. Hopefully, it got resolved quickly, and that wasn't necessary.

As a note, I am no longer part of management at Legiteem8 and haven't been for nearly 2 years, so I can't speak to any operational or customer service issues.

Anyone else who stumbles on this thread, it's best to reach out to them directly through the app, there is an option to send a message - or DM citees.us via IG.
