It might be ok. And when I say might, it doesn't match the common fake circulating, which we covered here:

That one is fake, the people on the back looks faded into the yellow thing when they're not faded in the original. Also has a misspelling on copyright, it should say "MOEBETOBLAME" instead of "MOBETOBLAM".
