Thanks for pointing it out, definitely not purposely removed, and the actual data is still there, just the search form vanished for some reason:

https://www.defunkd.com/brand/adidas/

We've reported to the developers, in the meantime you can just put the tag name

defunkd.com/brand/xxx

or if it's two letters

defunkd.com/brand/adidas/xxx-xxx

Also, search the tag name in google with "defunkd" and it will be found that way too.
