Great Q, and I can't find a match for it, or any record of sales. That said, I'm not a jersey guy, and these are their own little universe. I guess some Ribs and Rumps promo - maybe a Canterbury promo, where they offered this template out to many different sponsors.

FWIW, this is from the Rugby World Cup in 2003. Nothing to do with soccer/football in case you were wondering. Cool shirt nonetheless!
