I can't find other reference with the same tag to compare, but the artwork seems inconsistence comparing to few others I found on giant tag

Actually, not many people know about this article appearing in the late 90s anvil tag. It is true that this article was reprinted in the late 90s and this article was re-released during their 1999 tour and some details were added to differentiate it as you can see the person uploaded it. and I personally have held the item in very bad condition. believe it or not, that is a fact. so don't worry, I don't think this is a fake or newly reprinted shirt
