Rap tee - Hot Boys

This tag isn’t coming back legit anywhere I checked. Seller said it’s late 90s/early 2000s but I cannot find a matching tag.

I can't say for certain, but judging by the material, tags, and screen printing, it looks very high-quality in the photos. At a glance, nothing about the photos looks suspicious.
