This is an original 1990s Wrekshop Battle Gear tee, the Los Angeles graffiti-inspired streetwear line created by Rich Uno in 1992.
Printed on a Made in USA Fruit of the Loom 100% cotton blank, tagged XL and measuring 22 × 29.
