Dragon Ball Z Mexican 90s Bootleg Tee

Someone just offered me this Dragon Ball Z '90s bootleg with a Resurreccion tag.

I'm feeling a little unsure about the tag. Honestly, I don't know much about Resurreccion tags, so I'm a little worried about whether it's legit.

Could you help me authenticate this piece and let me know what you think? I'd really appreciate your help.
