Radiohead The Longest Day Tee 97

Post by Lupo »

Hi there, just looking for a possible price check and if anyone has anymore information on this '97 Radiohead The Longest Day tee from their Dublin Show.
I suspect it may be a parking lot bootleg, the tag looks more like a late 80s to early 90s Screen Stars Tag.

Any help is much appreciated.

Appears to be a new print, DTG on a vintage blank, so value is minimal.

Out of interest how can you spot it being DTG? I personally thought it was screen printed. The seller I purchased it off is also the original owner who attended the show and has supposedly had the tshirt stored for 20+ yrs.
The older tag does throw me off though.

Could be wrong, to me, from a distance it reminds me of the DTG era of the 2000s when it was 100% cotton tees and the ink would penetrate the cotton rather than sit on top of it. Can you physically feel any ink when you run your hands over it with your eyes closed?

But that can also be said about watercolor prints of days past.

Lucas what are your thoughts?

Its new print DTG and the marerial its from late 80s / early 90s Meanwhile, the European tour and the material from the U.S. are separated by a significant gap in time.
