Harley Davidson question (belt buckle)

I was curious if this style has a particular name.
I searched under "harley" and "eagle", and got everything else under the sun.

Badass is the name! Dont know of any style, but you've got Harley and an eagle...bases are covered! Does it have any hallmarks on it? Wonder if it's official.

The back reads "instyle 1980"

The way Harley was written on it reminded me of a vintage t-shirt I saw once, but of course now that I'm looking, I couldn't find anything that looked like.
