Need help IDing late 70s/early 80s Rolling Stones tour shirt

Hello all. I have a vintage Stones t-shirt that I'm having a heck of a time identifying. I've searched high and low, and while I've found lots of similar shirts and I'm pretty sure it's at least from the late 70s to early 80s, I've yet to find another shirt just like it. What year is this shirt from? What tour? And what is the vallue if any? It has the standard "tour" on the front, but no mention of year or location.
