Looks like a garbage pail kid and made by the same company (Topps), but no GPK logo anywhere on it.
50/50 cotton/poly blend- crazy soft and thin! The tag is marked L. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 20.25 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 27.75 inches
Perfect flawless condition! The emblem is an iron-on transfer.
