Holy shit, I must be living under a rock. How the fuck have I never heard of this band? No Turning Back. They started playing gigs back in 1997. Fuck, that’s a long time. Hell, in hardcore, that’s nearly 5 generations. Think about it. 13 years. That’s a long time. I can count the number of friends I attended shows with in 1997 that are STILL attending shows. To be a band for 13 years is pretty unheard of. Ange, how come you didn’t tip me off on these guys? For the rest of you, if you want to hear more, check their myspace page.
Not sure if this tank from i-am-mine22 is still available, but damn, it’s a solid look. If I could pull off tank tops, I’d consider it. Then again, anyone attended shows in 1997 is probably too old to get away with this look, right?
I think they played anchors up within the past year or two. They did a record on b9 a few years ago. For a while they were one of the bigger euro bands, they might still be.
They’re def. still around. Playing hundreds of shows all over the globe every year. With Terror, Madball etc. Biggest European (and Dutch) hc band ever.
Great band, backed hard.
My old band played a few weekends with them when they would hit the South East. Awesome guys to hang out with. Awesome Band. They always said they were going to cover Breakdown “Sick People”, and never did.
